HUMANITARIAN RESPONSE
The InnerCity Mission carries out Humanitarian Relief & response in collaboration with member agencies in Africa. We provide humanitarian aid to victims of crisis, particularly the most vulnerable groups (women and children) affected by natural and manmade disasters such as wars, health crises and other emergency situations around the world.
We deliver interventions through our humanitarian: food, security response, Aid by Cash & Vouchers, counselling and psychosocial support, education in emergency, health in emergency, and shelter response.
EMERGENCY RELIEF RESPONSE
When disaster strikes, hunger often follows!
All around the world, vulnerable households were dealt a hard blow by the socioeconomic impact of the global lockdown. Their inability to continue their daily source of income pushed many of these families further down the poverty line. Their children faced the increased risk of hunger and malnutrition.
The InnerCity Mission responds swiftly by providing emergency food supplies to affected households in over 25 countries.
